1. Controller and scope
Olawale Emmanuel Agboola operates Grovoria and controls account, service and website data used to provide and secure the platform. A business using Grovoria generally controls the customer information it uploads or collects through its workspace; Grovoria processes that information on the business’s instructions.
2. Information we process
- Account details such as name, work email, encrypted credentials, sessions and security events.
- Business profile, catalogue, goals, campaigns, content, tasks, invoices and payment records entered into a workspace.
- Customer contact information, consent history, conversations, leads and commercial activity supplied by the business or received through an authorized integration.
- Files and knowledge sources uploaded by authorized workspace users.
- Device, browser, request, audit, integration-health and usage information needed for security, reliability and plan enforcement.
3. How we use information
We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, execute requested workflows, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, maintain audit evidence, support users, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. We do not use private workspace content to advertise third-party products.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, protect legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or act on consent. Workspace owners are responsible for selecting and documenting an appropriate ground for their own customer communications.
5. Service providers and integrations
We may share only the information needed with hosting, storage, monitoring, security and email providers, and with third-party services a workspace explicitly connects. Provider access is limited by configuration and authorization. Each connected provider may independently process data under its own privacy notice.
6. International transfers
Service providers may process data outside your country. Before production use, the operator must document provider locations and implement any required contractual safeguards, transfer assessments or local hosting commitments.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only while needed for the service, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Workspace controls support exports, customer anonymization and deletion requests. Some audit, suppression and financial evidence may be retained in minimized form where necessary to prevent repeat contact, protect the service or comply with law. Backup copies expire according to the documented recovery schedule.
8. Security
Grovoria uses workspace isolation, access controls, encryption of sensitive secrets, secure sessions, audit trails, request limits, private object storage and tested backup procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
9. Cookies and similar storage
The web application uses essential security cookies to maintain authenticated sessions, prevent request forgery and protect public form or campaign-link flows. These controls are necessary for requested functionality. Any optional analytics or advertising technology must be disclosed and consented to before it is enabled.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Workspace users can use the Data & Privacy controls or contact theaffluentsystems@gmail.com. Businesses receiving customer requests remain responsible for responding and may use Grovoria tools to assist.
11. Children
Grovoria is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit children’s personal information unless you are legally authorized and the service has expressly agreed to that use.
12. Changes and contact
